The Tokyo-listed digital media and gaming company lifted full-year revenue guidance to JPY 95.0bn from JPY 88.0bn, a gain of JPY 7.0bn or 8.0%. More significantly, operating profit was raised to JPY 77.0–78.0bn from JPY 50.0–60.0bn, representing a 54–56% increase. Ordinary income (keijo rieki), a Japan-specific metric that includes non-operating items, was similarly upgraded to JPY 78.0–79.0bn. Net profit attributable to parent company shareholders was revised upward to JPY 41.0–42.0bn from JPY 25.0–30.0bn, a 64–68% surge. Earnings per share (EPS) was raised to JPY 80.85/share from a prior range of JPY 49.33–59.19/share. The company also increased its annual dividend by JPY 1.00/share to JPY 20.00/share.

Management attributed the upward revision to strong momentum in its Media & IP, Internet Advertising, and Games divisions. Third-quarter cumulative sales have tracked ahead of plan, with the Media & IP segment posting substantial year-on-year profit growth. Key game titles have performed better than anticipated, and a new title launching in July 2026 has shown encouraging early traction. The dividend increase reflects adherence to the company’s management target of maintaining a dividend-on-equity (DOE) ratio of 5% or higher.

The revision signals confidence in sustained operational momentum across CyberAgent’s portfolio. Investors should monitor execution on the new title launch and whether the company sustains profitability gains into the following fiscal year.
