For the full fiscal year, TOCALO raised revenue guidance to JPY 68.5bn from JPY 65.0bn (+5.4%), while operating profit and ordinary income (keijo rieki)—a Japan-specific metric combining operating profit with non-operating items—jumped to JPY 16.7bn from JPY 15.0bn (+11.3%). The revision extends to dividends. TOCALO increased its interim dividend to JPY 44.00 per share from JPY 42.00, and raised the year-end dividend to JPY 48.00 from JPY 44.00, bringing the full-year payout to JPY 92.00 per share from JPY 86.00—a 7.0% increase. The elevated profit guidance and expanded shareholder returns reflect management confidence in sustained semiconductor demand momentum.
