The company completed organizational restructuring of its B2B subscription business (meal service division) in September 2025, followed by a subsidiary merger in July 2026. These moves have permanently lowered the group’s effective tax rate to approximately 40 percent from the second quarter onward. Management emphasized that the tax efficiency gains represent a structural improvement rather than a one-time benefit, with benefits expected to persist into subsequent fiscal years.

The revision leaves revenue, EBITDA, and operating profit unchanged at JPY 252.0bn, JPY 13.4bn, and JPY 8.70bn respectively, reflecting confidence in core operational performance. However, net profit rises JPY 0.61bn to JPY 5.21bn, while earnings per share (EPS) reaches JPY 150.00/share—a record high. The company has increased its year-end dividend to JPY 30.00/share from JPY 26.00/share, a 15.4 percent increase, in line with its 20 percent dividend payout ratio policy. The full-year dividend guidance now reflects both interim and year-end payouts aligned with improved profitability.
